Tuesday, We went to the Gulfport Market. What a great market with so many great vendors and a relaxing atmosphere. There was a vendor there selling Sprout Kits. What a Great Idea, but do I need a kit? Well, I am going to find out. The Great Sprout Experiment will begin.

It seems pretty easy to do.

1. Rinse beans
2. Put in jar with water
3. Place a breathable lid on jar and secure with a rubber band
4. Soak for 8-12 hours
5. Rinse and drain
6. Place upside down for complete draining
7. Repeat 2x a day until you have sprouts
